1geplay is a small game site for the gaps in your day. You can open a puzzle during a break, leave when something needs your attention and return without creating an account.

One daily grid to come back to

Our main game is Daily Killer Sudoku. The puzzle is generated from your device’s local date, so you get the same grid throughout the day. Each grid follows the row, column, box and cage rules and has a unique solution.

The Killer Sudoku rules guide explains the cage totals, useful digit combinations and the rule of 45. It is there to help you understand a deduction, then try it on the board.

Quiet by design

The games have no music or sound effects. There is no countdown telling you to finish before time runs out. Your progress and scores are kept in your browser rather than tied to an account, and there is no cloud sync.

More ways to spend a short break

Our Sentence Scramble game uses 120 original nine-word sentences with short language notes. Swap words into the intended order, then continue through five levels of practice. It works as a quiet solo activity or a short classroom warm-up.
